Report encourages working harder to contribute to China's development

The report at the opening session of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on Sunday was encouraging and it makes me work harder to contribute to the development of China's transportation sector, said a delegate to the congress.
"Even though it takes less than five seconds for a train to pass through the last 173meters of Humaling Tunnel of the Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway, it took us six years to get through this part of the project as the team faced frequent potential risks of tunnel collapse," said Li Shaojie, deputy manager for the Nanchong highway project at the third branch of Beijing-based China Railway 19th Bureau Corp Ltd, after the closing session of the 20th National Congress of the CPC in Beijing on Saturday.
Many foreign experts came to the scene and told Li and his team that this was an impossible task. But in the end, the company had successfully completed this part of the project independently after six years of efforts, he told media at the delegates' passage at the Great Hall of the People.
