Dalian regains control of epidemic and returns to normal
With the epidemic under effective control, Dalian in Liaoning province has resumed normal production and life on Monday.
According to the city's COVID-19 prevention and control headquarters, local Party and government institutions, enterprises, and public institutions were all restored to normal working order as well as normal production and business operation.
Buses, subways and other public transportation have fully resumed operation. Students in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens are returning to campus in an orderly manner.
The city emphasized to continue to carry on normal nucleic acid testing. All residents are required to take nucleic acid testing twice a week.
All kinds of venues, such as business places, traffic checkpoints, public transport operating vehicles, government institutions, enterprises and public institutions should display a specific QR code.
Residents are required to actively cooperate with and obey the epidemic prevention and control work, including wearing masks and scanning the specific code before entering a venue.
