Shanghai reports 3 confirmed, 7 asymptomatic local COVID-19 cases

SHANGHAI -- China's Shanghai reported three confirmed locally transmitted COVID-19 cases and seven local asymptomatic cases on Monday, the municipal health commission said Tuesday.
