Russian players banned from Wimbledon

Russian players will not be allowed to compete at the Wimbledon tennis tournament this year due to the Russia-Ukraine conflict, according to a report on the sports site Sportico on Tuesday. Individual players are allowed to compete on tour, but not under the name or flag of their countries.
