Nianhuawan creates tourism metaverse

Nianhuawan scenic area in Wuxi is developing a Buddhist-themed metaverse based on the Nianhua Pagoda and technologies such as artificial intelligence, 5G high-tech video and digital twins in a video.

In the video, people can witness the fantastic water column circling the Nianhua Pagoda, the leafy linden tree shining at the top of the tower, and hundreds of lanterns flying in the sky in celebration of the New Year.

The term "metaverse" is among the hottest new words of 2021, as all kinds of metaverse-related research programs, institutions and applications have sprung up.

According to experts, the metaverse is a combination of multiple high-tech elements, including mobile internet, internet of things, virtual reality, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, and videos, making people feel like they are living in a digital universe.
