Seminar highlights China-CELAC cooperation

A launch ceremony and seminar on the bilingual book China's Technological Independence and Innovation was held on Dec 7 in Beijing.
The book is written by Argentine expert on China Gustavo Alejandro Girado. It interprets the country's pathway of technological innovation and standard setting from an academic point of view, and expounds what economic development means for the Chinese government: doing away with technological dependence and promoting indigenous innovation.
Six experts and scholars at home and abroad addressed the seminar, centering around the theme “The Belt and Road Initiative and China-CELAC Win-Win Cooperation”.
