It has ordered local branches to prioritize the task of rolling out personalized plans to facilitate employment for disabled students.
Zhang Haidi, the federation's chairwoman, said work has great significance and sustainable employment helps young people with disabilities contribute to the nation while realizing their own dreams.
Cheng Kai, one of the federation's vice-chairmen, said it will work toward providing targeted, one-to-one assistance for job hunters. Efforts will also be made to encourage businesses and nonprofits to join the initiative.
