The Delta variant of the novel coronavirus is now in 104 countries and territories and COVID-19 deaths are increasing after 10 weeks of decline, according to the World Health Organization. The organization urged countries to therefore stop ordering booster doses of vaccines while some nations have not yet received first doses.
