Quentin A Parker, director of the Laboratory for Space Research at the University of Hong Kong, told China Daily that many of the university's key partners in space science are from the Chinese mainland, and it was really exciting to see the capability that China has independently developed in outer space.
He made the remarks after listening to a lecture given by Hu Hao, the chief designer of China's third-phase lunar exploration program, at HKU on Wednesday.
