HK to enjoy ‘unprecedented’ stability through policies

Luo Huining, director of the central government's liaison office in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and national security adviser to the HKSAR committee on national security, said on Thursday at the opening ceremony of National Security Education Day that Hong Kong will enjoy an unprecedented level of security and stability with all the safeguards put in place by the central authorities.
