Hunan expands global sister-city network at international event

Hunan province has expanded its international sister-city network and signed a series of cooperation agreements during an international economic and trade event that opened in the provincial capital Changsha on Friday.

The 2026 Hunan International Friendship Cities Economic and Trade Exchange Event and Cooperation Dialogue, organized by the Foreign Affairs Office of Hunan and the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce, drew government officials, diplomatic envoys, business associations, and company representatives from 28 countries and regions.
