Li Ganjie elected governor of China's Shandong province

JINAN -- Li Ganjie was elected governor of east China's Shandong Province by the provincial legislature on Tuesday.
The 13th Shandong Provincial People's Congress elected the governor at its fourth session.
Li, born in 1964, is a native of Changsha, capital of central China's Hunan Province. He was appointed deputy governor and acting governor of Shandong in April.
