China considers new law on promoting rural vitalization

BEIJING -- China's top legislature on Thursday began reviewing a draft law on promoting rural vitalization, a move to speed up the development of the agriculture and rural areas and ensure the country's farmers to live a better life.
The draft was submitted to the ongoing legislative session of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress for deliberation.
