China mulls law revisions to facilitate use of archives

BEIJING -- China's top legislature is considering draft revisions to the Archives Law to further facilitate the availability and use of archives.
The draft revisions were submitted Thursday to the ongoing session of the National People's Congress Standing Committee for the second reading.
