Thousands of students, 110 teachers arrested in HK unrest since last year

About 110 teachers from higher education institutes and secondary and primary schools and 3,600 students in Hong Kong were arrested during social unrest between June last year and May this year, Secretary for Education Kevin Yeung Yun-hung said on Wednesday.
The bureau would follow up on every case related to teachers, who, if convicted, may have their registrations revoked, Yeung said.
