Beijing primary schools to reopen

Around 540,000 primary school students in grades 1, 2 and 3 in Beijing will head back to campus on Monday, the Beijing Municipal Education Commission announced on Tuesday.
At that time, all students in primary, middle and senior high schools will have resumed their studies on campuses in the capital.
The commission noted that students in Grade 6 in primary school, as well as all other junior high and senior high school students, were sent back to school on June 1.
Students in grades 4 and 5 of primary school resumed class on Monday this week.
Students in the final year of high school returned in April, and those in their final year of junior high returned in May.
