NEW FLIGHT

An extra flight has been launched between the southern Chinese city of Nanning, capital of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, and Bangkok on Friday. According to GX Airlines, the round-trip runs every day. Guangxi Airport Group said the new service will further meet the needs for personnel and material exchanges between the two cities as well as China and ASEAN countries at large, especially amid the ongoing novel coronavirus outbreak.

INDUSTRIAL MANUAL

In cooperation with Huashan Hospital in Shanghai, Wanda Hotels and Resorts has released guidelines on the prevention of the novel coronavirus outbreak. The Hotel COVID-19 Prevention Manual is designed to provide a reference for hotels' operation and services during the virus outbreak, according to the company.

BRIGHT LIGHTS

Amid the efforts to prevent and control the novel coronavirus nationwide, Hotel Nikko Dalian in Northeast China's Liaoning province turned on the lights in some guest rooms between Feb 1 and March 1 to create the Chinese characters "Cheer up" and "China" on two sides of its 36-storey skyscraper. The stunt showed its support of the national campaign in fighting the epidemic, according to the hotel.
