An online video-featured signing meeting for foreign-funded projects was held in Jinan, capital of East China's Shandong province on Tuesday.
A total of 66 projects to be built in the province were signed on an online platform. The projects, involving 13 countries and regions, including the Republic of Korea, Japan and Singapore, will attract contractual foreign capital of $4.27 billion.
"A batch of major projects across Shandong started construction days before. These moves consolidate our confidence and strength in winning the fight against the epidemic, as well as boosting economic and social development to realize further opening-up and achieve win-win results between us and our partners," said Liu Jiayi, Party secretary of Shandong.
