Amazing China: Anjihai Grand Canyon

The Anjihai Grand Canyon, which is situated in Shawan county, China's Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, is about 30 kilometers in length, with the valley floor being 300 to 400 meters at its widest, and only 2 to 3 meters at its narrowest part. From above, the canyon features rich coloration. On either side of the canyon, red sandstone and gray mudstone alternate to create an astonishing landscape.
