CPC issues regulations on primary-level Party work in SOEs

BEIJING -- The Communist Party of China Central Committee has issued a trial regulation on the work at primary-level Party organizations of state-owned enterprises (SOEs).

The 41-article regulation have specified the setup of primary-level Party organizations in SOEs, their main duties, Party leadership and corporate governance, Party member education, political building, intraparty democracy and oversight as well as organizational leadership and guarantee.

The regulation went into effect on Dec 30, 2019.
