Chinese vice-president to attend 2019 Imperial Springs International Forum

BEIJING -- Chinese Vice-President Wang Qishan will attend the opening ceremony of the 2019 Imperial Springs International Forum on Dec 1 in southern China's Guangzhou, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang announced Friday.
