A 10-member pianists' team became famous recently online for playing a tune on one piano in relays, winning applause from audiences and likes from netizens.
The players, ages 5 to 12, have learned great piano-playing skills. They study at the Piano Society of Qinhuangdao city in North China's Hebei province.
The music, Golden Childhood, was compiled using several world-famous tunes by Li Houze, a student of Song Yan, deputy head of the society and also a piano teacher.
The relay performance has been played at concerts or competitions three times since it was created earlier this year, Song said.
"We are trying to find a way to show the children's techniques in one piece of music and give audiences a new experience of piano music," she said.
