House collapse in Guangxi kills four

Four were killed and one injured in a residential house collapse at Lianren village, Du'an Yao autonomous county in South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region on Saturday, according to local authorities.
All the dead, among whom the oldest was 13 and the youngest 2, as well as a rescued 5-year-old boy, were identified as the homeowner's children.
It was a rainy day when the house fell.
The owner, surnamed Lan, was living in poverty according to local authorities.
The local government has organized armed police, housing sector, civil administration and education authority to undertake rescue work.
Further investigation into the reason for the collapse is underway.
