Affiliated to CASS, the center has been available online since December 2016. It now has over 17 million academic resource items, including content from more than 2,000 different Chinese academic periodicals on philosophy and social sciences, and over 10 million theses on the subject, CASS said.
Currently, the center has users from more than 30 countries, covering Asia, Europe, North America, and countries along the Belt and Road.
It will continue to provide more free and high-quality academic information services for society and promote China's academic achievements around the world, in order to further integrate and share academic resources in philosophy and social sciences, according to CASS.
