Henan trade fair to be held in April
The 13th China (Henan) International Investment and Trade Fair will be held in Henan province’s capital city, Zhengzhou, from April 8 to 11, organizers announced at a news conference in Shanghai on March 13.
Themed around openness and cooperation, the fair will take place at the Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center.
With a total exhibition area of 54,000 square meters, the center will feature 10 spaces for exhibitions on various comprehensive services, import and export, and intelligent manufacturing.
Some of the key activities at the fair include an economic cooperation forum on the Air Silk Road, a cross-border investment and trade seminar for enterprises, and a forum on international business environment.
The fair will also include special events for participating countries and provinces. Several parallel sessions will be held in the city of Luoyang.
According to the organizing committee, the fair has facilitated 3,509 investment projects that cover industries such as manufacturing, biology, pharmaceuticals, electronics and finance.
The 13th China (Henan) International Investment and Trade Fair is co-sponsored by the government of Henan province, the Ministry of Commerce in China, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries.
