China Daily becomes focus of smart city summit

The 2018 Global Smart City Summit (Yinchuan) opened on the morning of Nov 15. With the theme of "Green, High-end, Harmonious and Livable", the summit forged ahead hand-in-hand in the booming Internet Plus age.

A large number of domestic and foreign guests gathered in Yinchuan in Northwest China's Ningxia Hui autonomous region to talk about building a new type of smart city that is people-oriented, endowed by science and technology, and harmonious and friendly.

Many foreign guests attending the summit are loyal readers of China Daily, whose newspapers, clients and media accounts on overseas social platforms attracted much attention.
