Music and dance extravaganza, Heartbeat of Home, will return to China with a tour which kicks off this October. It will visit more than 30 Chinese cities, performing more than 80 shows, including several performances in Beijing between Jan 2-6, 2019.

The world premiere of the show, which features Irish, Latin and Afro-Cuban music and dance, took place in 2013 and made its debut in China in 2015.

Riverdance founders, producer Moya Doherty and director John McColgan, are behind the production, which pays homeage to Irish traditions as well as celebrating the present. The Golden Globe-nominated composer, Brian Byrne, wrote the music that threads the show together.

Other creative team members include choreographers David Bolger, John Carey, and set designer Alan Farquharson.
