Changchun the ‘Detroit of China’? Don’t believe it

New shopping malls are springing up everywhere with each new one trying to outdo the previous ones in size, luxury and services. The EuroAsia Mall, a huge five-story shopping complex, is expanding every year and may be the biggest one in Northeast China. The newer Life Mall features imported goods and Western restaurants.
