The 90-min show is divided into seven parts, combining performances that include a 300-year-old song pertaining to wooden barrel work presented by loggers from Liling village, Fujian province, with modern dancers and visual effects created by British 3D holographic specialist, Dominic Faraway.

Unlike the first show, the sequel not only just puts different art forms together but also "explores the relationships between them," Zhang says

For example, one piece saw contemporary dancer Li Yu perform to the drum beats created by percussionists from U-Theater in Taiwan alongside the sounds of khoomei (a traditional throat-singing technique of Mongolia), while robotic arms mimicked his movements.
