Tea-leaf frying competition heats up expo

Competitors vie for top honors at a tea-leaf frying competition on May 20, 2018 at the second China International Tea Expo in Hangzhou, East China's Zhejiang province. Three contestants from Shengzhou won the final awards, judged by the quality and appearance of the tea they fried. The expo, which began Friday and ends Tuesday, drew over 1,200 tea-related enterprises from 21 provinces in China and 15 countries around the world. [Photo provided to chinadaily.com.cn]
