3. Positive, healthy cyber culture
More than 128,000 websites have been closed in 2017, and more than 30.9 million copies of illegal publications were confiscated, the National Office Against Pornographic and Illegal Publications said on Jan 4.
This year, a cyberspace regulation campaign has been launched to target pornographic content in mobile applications, livestreaming platforms, online games, chat groups and pop-up ads.
