Legislature to review State Council reform plan

The top legislature will hear and deliberate a draft plan for State Council reform on March 13, a spokesman said on Sunday.
The plan is part of the Party and government institutional reform, which in general is aimed to putting in place a well-functional, rules-based and highly effective governance functioning system, Zhang Yesui, spokesman for the first session of the 13th National People's Congress, said at a news conference.
