In the meeting with Assoumana Malam Issa, Luo said that China is willing to join hands with Niger to promote the comprehensive and in-depth development of cultural exchanges and cooperation between the two countries, as well as the establishment of a Chinese cultural center in Niger, in accordance with the overall plan of the new round of annual executive program of cultural agreement between the Sino-Nigerien governments.
After the meeting, the two sides jointly signed the "Executive Program for the Year 2018-2021 of Cultural Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Niger".
