An exhibit, titled Cultural Heritage, Power of Painting, was unveiled at the National Art Museum of China on Aug 23.
The event will showcase two separate solo exhibits, featuring ceramic works and sculptures from artists Gao Zhenyu and Sun Longben.
The theme for Gao's exhibition is "Nirvana" and for Sun's "Poetic Question". In the forms of sculptures and creations of ceramic, their decades of exploration of arts will be presented during the event.
The aim of the exhibition is to implement the spirit of the speeches of President Xi Jinping, including the one delivered at the symposium on literary and art work.
It will run until Sept 1.
