As we spend more time in front of computers and smartphones, people don't appreciate nature as much anymore.
Plants provide fresh air and beauty in our lives but are often ignored and forgotten.
Yet an artist has noticed them, and is allowing them to be remembered. Serbian artist Mirjana Mit Stojkovic captured the beauty and essence of large, curled leaves.
The painter said she saw the spirit of leaves, rather than their physical appearance.
