Georgios Kaminis, the mayor of Athens, saying that Greek property prices are at the bottom of the economic cycle. The property price slump in Greece, fueled by the financial crisis, has started to attract Chinese investment.

"We signed agreements with seven Chinese enterprises in 2012 in order to promote South Africa as an attractive and convenient destination for Chinese tourists."

Marthinus van Schalkwyk, South Africa's minister of tourism, saying that both countries have watched bilateral relations grow since South Africa joined the BRICS bloc.

"Out of all our facilities in China, two-thirds are led by local Chinese leaders."

Edward Rapp, who took the role of Caterpillar's group president with responsibility for construction industries at the beginning of the year. The primary focus for Caterpillar in China is on developing local leaders, he said.
