Two Shanghai agencies become first TISCs in China

Francis Gurry, director-general of WIPO, attended the ceremony and gave a speech. He appreciated the Chinese government’s long-term support for WIPO and congratulated China on its remarkable achievements in the field of intellectual property over the past 40 years. He said China has become a global model of intellectual property creation and protection.
