Yun Gukseop

Yun Gukseop, Director for Intellectual Property Protection and Support Division, Korean Intellectual Property Office

Yun Gukseop attended Emory University, USA where he did a master in law and is now the director of the Intellectual Property Protection and Support Division at the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO).

Prior to taking office, Yun was the IP counselor for the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in China, the secretary of the commissioner at KIPO, an administrative patent judge for the Intellectual Property Trial and Appeal Board in Korea, executive officer at the Office of the President and the Office of the Prime Minister, and a patent examiner at KIPO. Yun also worked for Fish & Richardson LLC in the USA.
