Alwin Wong, RTTP, is responsible for overseas research commercialization, technology transfer, corporate training, innovation and entrepreneurship programs at the Hong Kong PolyU. For more than two decades, Wong has been the Secretary-General of the International Strategic Technology Alliance (ISTA), comprised of 28 top universities aiming to promote the advancement of international university-industry technology transfers.
