Zhang Zhicheng

Director General of IP Protection Department, National Intellectual Property Administration, PRC

Zheng Zhicheng, doctor of law at Peking University, was born in Jieshou, Anhui province in 1971. He has been working in the former China Patent Office (now the National Intellectual Property Administration) since 1995 and currently is the Director General of the IP Protection Department. He is also the National IP Leading Talent, one of the first experts in the National Think Tank of IP Experts, and the standing director of the China Intellectual Property Society.
