The Adama wind power project has attracted the attention of the African Union and even the world.
The project will not only help increase Ethiopia's energy supply, but also help optimize the country's power supply structure and inject new impetus into its economic development.
In addition, the project has also triggered industrial demonstrations in the east African region. It is a model for China to help African countries achieve green development and an example of the mutually beneficial pragmatic cooperation between China and African countries.
The project represents Africa's desire for green development and has been widely praised by the Ethiopian government and the international community.
Located in the eastern part of Africa, Ethiopia is an extension of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and a pilot country for capacity cooperation between China and Africa. It is also the fastest growing non-oil economy in Africa.
