The Yangcheng Lake scenic spot in Kunshan, Jiangsu province, was recently approved as one of the second batch of eco-tourism demonstration areas in Jiangsu this year.

As the first honored scenic spot in the city, Yangcheng Lake has attached great importance to promoting eco-tourism with a focus on improvement of water environment, construction of a water park and varieties of eco-farms, providing a livable and joyful paradise for visitors.

The assessment was conducted by the Jiangsu Provincial Tourism Bureau and Jiangsu Provincial Environmental Protection Bureau.
