Many visitors flooded to Zhouzhuang during the National Day holiday. A performance, The Four Seasons of Zhouzhuang, also attracted many tourists thanks to its beautiful lights.

As the first real water village scenery performance , The Four Seasons of Zhouzhuang has been successfully performed over 1,000 times since its debut in September 2007. The performance uniquely depicts the cultural characteristics and charm of the water town. The show is performed on a stage featuring small bridges, flowing water and houses. The performance has more than 300 cast members, including professional actors and local farmers, fishermen and residents, creating a vivid image of local life.
