The Baimi honey peach was created from the Wuxi Yangshan peach, by Yang Xiaoying in the town of Zhangpu. It is also referred to as the Yulu peach. It is mainly grown in the villages of Baimi and Jinhua and in Zhangpu. Peaches are said to be good for the complexion and have a diuretic function and high protein content.
