Inner Mongolia holds college art exhibition

A gallery exhibited 132 paintings created by young artists from regional colleges in Inner Mongolia on March 20, as part of celebrations to mark the 70th anniversary of the autonomous region.

The exhibition organizers received 350 pieces from over 200 young painters from 30 colleges, out of these works 132 were selected to be exhibited by experts, and 46 of them were judged to be “excellent”.

The paintings involve an assortment of genres including traditional Chinese ink and wash drawings, oil paintings, printmaking, and watercolors.
