Inner Mongolia science museum opens free to the public

Recently, Inner Mongolia announced that the regional science museum would be open free to local residents from Wednesday to Sunday, 9:30 am to 4:00 pm, as long as they show their ID cards.

The Inner Mongolia Science and Technology Museum contains several display areas. The area named “mysterious universe and aerospace” presents future aviation technologies. Another exhibition area, called “smart space,” demonstrates intelligent robots and simulates driving a car.

The “glamorous ocean” displays the harmonious relationship between the ocean and humans. Moreover, a zone related to “life and health” showcases the evolution of the environment alongside humans.

One visitor, Zhang Yitong said that the museum was fantastic. Through personally experiencing many scientific items, it not only satisfies one’s curiosity but you can also acquire knowledge while being entertained, she said.

The Inner Mongolia Science and Technology Museum is the only integrated exhibition for science and technology in the region. With the motifs “exploration, innovation, and cultivation”, it combines scientific knowledge with interactive participation to guide the public to discover new worlds of possibility.
