Charity badminton contest for Children’s Day in Hohhot

The city of Hohhot, Inner Mongolia held badminton competition for charity purposes at a badminton training camp, on May 29, to celebrate International Children's Day, which comes on June 1, to get more youngsters involved in sports and the charitable activity, and attracted 116 children to take part in the event.

It was accompanied by a call for donations of books, clothing and school items to give to kids living in poverty or in a needy state, and with some English practice and teaching, with foreign coaches describing some skills as a highlight of the event.
