The Inner Mongolia Folk Arts Theater and the city of Hohhot's railway bureau got together to put on a show on a train from Hohhot to Beijing, on Feb 1, for the upcoming holiday. The event, called "Song and Dance preliminary for a warm, sweet ride home", had actors and crew members giving performances of song and dance, hip-hop, rap, and short sketch for the passengers, to fill the train with good cheer and laughter for a pleasant journey to the nation's capital.

High-speed train debuts in Inner Mongolia
A bullet train departed Hohhot East Railway Station for Ulanqab marking the start of high-speed rail services using Inner Mongolia’s first newly-laid high-speed railway on Aug 3.
