Asian women's boxing championships to open in Inner Mongolia

The nine-day Asian Women's Boxing Championships will open on August 6 in Ulanqab of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, organizers said on June 4.

The championships will attract boxers from 31 countries and regions, according to the organizers.

The women's boxing was listed in the Olympic program in the 2012 London Games.
