Highways in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region will be toll-free for passenger cars of seven seats and under during the three-day Tomb-Sweeping Day holiday from April 4 to 6, according to the Tongliao highways administration.

There are four highways that pass through Tongliao. Most of the travelers took short-distance trips in past Tomb-Sweeping Day holidays. It's expected that the four highways will relieve traffic during this three-day holiday.

According to a national regulation, the highways are toll-free during four holidays, including Spring Festival, Tomb-Sweeping Day, Labor Day and National Day.
